1. General Services

Lead Tree Digital provides website design, digital marketing, automation systems, and local search optimisation services.

All services are delivered in accordance with the agreed proposal, selected package, and scope of work.

Project timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness, content supply, approvals, and technical requirements.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal performance and results, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business information

• Supply requested content, images, and access credentials promptly

• Approve drafts and revisions in a timely manner

• Maintain active payment status

• Follow implementation recommendations where applicable

Delays in communication or required materials may impact performance timelines.

2.1 Platform & Features

Access to automation tools, CRM systems, messaging integrations, and social media schedulers requires proper client account connection and active usage.

Lead Tree Digital is not responsible for performance outcomes where integrations are not connected, utilised, or maintained by the client.

Features, inclusions, and pricing are subject to change.

2.2 Website Updates & Revisions

Monthly packages include ongoing website updates covering minor content changes such as text edits, image replacements, formatting adjustments, and similar modifications.

Updates do not include full page builds, structural redesigns, advanced development work, custom coding, or major functionality changes, which may be quoted separately.

2.3 Fair Use & Turnaround

Website updates are subject to a fair use policy and reasonable volume of requests.

Standard turnaround time for minor updates is typically 2–3 business days from receipt of complete instructions and required assets.

3. Payment Terms

Monthly plans are billed in advance.

Setup fees (where applicable) must be paid prior to commencement of build.

Failure to maintain active payments may result in suspension or termination of services and platform access without notice.

All fees are exclusive of third-party usage costs (including but not limited to SMS, phone usage, AI usage, and advertising spend).

Where a setup fee is waived in exchange for a minimum commitment term, early cancellation may result in the remaining portion of the waived setup fee becoming immediately payable.

3.1 Usage-Based Services

Certain features within the platform rely on third-party carrier and AI infrastructure services.

• Calls, SMS messages, and AI chat/voice interactions are billed separately at current platform rates

• These charges are usage-based and vary depending on volume

• Usage is deducted from a prepaid wallet balance within the platform rather than charged per individual transaction

• The wallet is topped up periodically, resulting in consolidated charges rather than multiple small credit card transactions

• A current schedule of usage rates can be provided upon request

4. Website Performance & Search Visibility

Search engine rankings and online visibility are influenced by multiple factors including:

• Industry competitiveness

• Geographic competition

• Existing domain authority

• Client cooperation

• External algorithm changes

While best-practice optimisation techniques are applied, specific ranking positions (including first-page placement) are not guaranteed.

5. 90-Day Google Ranking Guarantee

The 90-Day Google Ranking Guarantee applies exclusively to the "Growth" and "Lead Tree" packages.

The 90-day period begins once the new or updated website and the Google Business Profile (GBP) are live and indexed by Google.

The guarantee is based on measurable improvement in Google ranking visibility of the GBP or Website as tracked using independent third-party heat map ranking software.

The guarantee is conditional upon allowing Lead Tree Digital, its employees and contractors full autonomy to make appropriate optimisation changes to the website and the GBP. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, structure, page size, internal linking, and URL adjustments.

If measurable improvement is not achieved within 90 days, Lead Tree Digital will continue optimisation efforts at no additional optimisation service cost until improvement is achieved, provided all guarantee conditions remain satisfied, including but not limited to:

• Active monthly subscription maintained without interruption

• Website remains hosted on the Lead Tree Digital platform

• No structural or content changes are made outside the agreed optimisation strategy

• Client provides timely approvals, access, and cooperation

• No third-party SEO or marketing interference is introduced during the guarantee period

• Google Business Profile access remains active and unrestricted

The guarantee:

• Applies to suitable local service-based industries

• Does not apply to national, enterprise, or highly competitive corporate industries

• Requires active client cooperation and timely communication

• Requires consistent hosting on the Lead Tree Digital platform

• Is void if website structure is altered outside agreed optimisation strategy

This guarantee covers optimisation services only and does not include advertising spend.

6. Platform & Hosting

Websites hosted on the Lead Tree Digital platform remain active while the monthly plan is maintained.

Upon cancellation, hosted websites, CRM systems, automations, and platform access may be suspended or permanently removed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client data (contacts, leads, messages) remains the property of the client. Platform infrastructure, automations, templates, systems, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of Lead Tree Digital.

7. Automation & Software Tools

Automation tools, CRM systems, AI tools, and integrations are provided as part of selected packages.

Performance of third-party integrations may vary and is subject to external platform availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lead Tree Digital shall not be held liable for:

• Algorithm updates by search engines

• Platform outages

• Third-party software disruptions

• Client-supplied inaccuracies

• Industry-wide market shifts

9. Amendments

Lead Tree Digital reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as services evolve.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
