Case Study #1
Industry: Barber Shop/Hair Salon (“Joe’N’co”)
Website: Barbershopduncraig.com.au
Challenge:
The client offers professional hair care for men.
The problem -
No digital online presence
No active social media
Google reviews had stagnated as there was no automation or system
Too many people were showing up at the same time and having to wait a longer period of time, plus the owner wanted to spread the customers over the day as to having them all come in at once.
Solution:
After analysing the business, we determined that the quickest and most effective strategy was offer the customers an incentive to book online via the new website through an automated calendar that only shows available bookings for the quieter parts of the day. We also introduced a NFC stand that the customers can scan their phone on and it takes them through to the owners Google Business Profile to leave a review.
Implementation:
The website was built to offer a digital presence. The customers are directed to the calendar via an incentive from the business owner. By having customers use the calendar we collate the customers details for future marketing campaigns or promotions. The business owner has a compatible mobile app where they can view appointments, reschedule customers, or requests reviews directly. There is also an automation that requests reviews within our system if the business owner forgets. We set up another automation where by if a customer leaves a review, that review is then responded to via our “AI response review generator” and then posted to the business owners social media accounts, improving his online presence.
Results:
The business received 10 Google reviews in its first week! So much so we were concerned the google algorithm may think there was something fishy going on, so we have told the client to slow down and pace the reviews. From our research it is better to have a slow steady stream of reviews over the year as to heap all in one hit. The strategy proved to be highly successful. The client now has a steady stream of reviews, social media posting, and is filling out the quieter times of the day via the calendar. We are highly optimistic the clients GMB/GBP will enter the “3 Pack” for google search which will increase business further.

Case Study #2
Industry: Garage Door Repairs & New Door Sales
Website: Dynasty Garage Doors
Challenge:
The client offers garage door repairs and garage door new-door sales. New door sales was a bonus at the time for additional business. The main aim was to increase repair enquiries to ensure the technicians had a full days work every day and not costing the company additional money.
Solution:
The Google Business Profile (GBP) was in the suburb of Bateman in Perth. After looking at the reach of the GBP the strategy was to get far more exposure and rank higher on the “Map pack” organic rankings. This meant if you were in a surrounding suburb A strategy of automated google review request, adding more geo-tagged images and responding with “garage door repair” key words in the review reply’s.

Lead Generation Case Study
Case Study #3
Transforming New Home Building Sales
Industry: New Home Building Sales
Website: Dual Income Plus
Challenge:
The new home building industry in Western Australia is dominated by some of the biggest players, each with extensive resources. These companies have over 30 IT professionals and dedicated full-time marketing teams. They routinely invest heavily in TV and radio campaigns to maintain their market presence. Competing directly with these industry giants, especially without vast financial resources, seemed daunting. The challenge was to carve out a niche in a highly competitive market dominated by established players.
Solution:
Recognising that head-on competition with top-tier builders would be costly and inefficient, we explored underrepresented areas within the building industry. Our focus shifted to a unique and emerging market segment—dual occupancy homes. These innovative house plans, recently authorised by the state government to increase land density, were gaining interest. However, large builders were not yet effectively representing this niche. Seeing a gap, we decided to target this opportunity, tapping into the growing demand for dual occupancy homes by optimising our strategy around it.
Implementation:
This was a collaborative effort between our team and the building group. To effectively capture this niche market, we required a substantial amount of content, including specific dual occupancy house designs. We conducted a thorough keyword analysis to identify the most relevant search terms and ensured that the website was fully optimised to rank highly in search results. By focusing on a specialised, content-rich website dedicated to dual occupancy homes, we were able to distinguish ourselves from the more generic sites of larger builders that tried to cover a broad range of housing styles.
Results:
The strategic focus on a niche market paid off significantly. The website now consistently ranks first for several targeted keywords, and in some cases, holds two to three positions within the top 10 search results. This success can be attributed to the website’s specialised content, which caters specifically to the demand for dual occupancy homes, rather than attempting to cover a wide array of housing designs. The site has been generating between 15 to 45 high-quality leads per month for over five years, demonstrating the lasting impact of our targeted approach.
Transforming New Garage Door Sales
Case Study #4
Industry: New Garage Doors (Building Services)
Website: Perth Garage Door Showroom
Challenge:
The garage door industry in Perth is dominated by companies that have been established for over 35 years. These industry veterans not only use professional SEO services but are constantly enhancing their online presence. To give you an idea of the market size, B&D Garage Doors, a major manufacturer, reported over one billion dollars in sales last year. Competing with such industry giants, who also invest in extensive TV advertising, was a significant challenge, particularly for a new player trying to establish a foothold in this competitive market.
Implementation:
We developed a dedicated website focused on custom and high-specification garage doors, positioning the client as a leader in this niche market. To complement the online presence, the client also invested in a showroom to provide customers with a tangible experience of their offerings. This dual approach ensured that potential customers were engaged both online and offline, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to quality and service.
Solution:
Our strategy involved a thorough analysis of the market to identify gaps where custom and niche garage door styles were underrepresented. We aimed to fill this void by offering a wide range of high-calibre garage door designs, specifically targeting the top end of the market. It was crucial that the website showcased a multitude of images reflecting the premium quality of these products, along with precise technical details to meet the expectations of discerning customers.
Results:
The website now holds numerous number one positions in Google search rankings, even in a market dominated by large, financially robust competitors. Keywords such as "timber garage doors" and "custom garage doors" consistently rank at the top. The site attracts up to 80 visitors per day, seven days a week, generating a steady stream of leads. The success of this website demonstrates that with the right strategy, even new players can achieve outstanding lead generation and profitability. Ongoing efforts have also been made to optimise lead conversion rates, ensuring that website traffic translates into tangible business outcomes through forms and phone inquiries.
Transforming House Design Services
Case Study #5
Industry: Construction and Home Design
Website: House Behind House
Challenge:
The client, a housing designer, was struggling to generate leads in the highly competitive new home building industry. With design services often being aggressively shopped around by potential clients, it became clear that a specialized approach was necessary. Competing against Perth’s largest design firms, each with extensive teams of designers and significant marketing budgets, was a daunting challenge. The goal was to carve out a niche that would allow the client to stand out without requiring vast resources.
Solution:
After analysing the market, we determined that the quickest and most effective strategy was to niche down into a specific area of house design that had less competition but strong demand. The designer had significant experience with "house behind house" designs, a type of project gaining popularity in Perth. We were fortunate to secure an exact-match domain name for this niche, which further strengthened the website’s search engine optimization (SEO) potential. This targeted approach allowed us to bypass the broader competition and focus on a specific, underserved market.
Implementation:
The website was built to showcase not just beautiful images and house designs but also to highlight the designer’s unique expertise in "house behind house" projects. We emphasized the designer’s deep knowledge and experience in this niche, creating content that conveyed trust and authority. This was critical in positioning the website as the go-to source for this particular style of home design. The site was meticulously optimized for relevant keywords, ensuring it would rank highly in search results.
Results:
The strategy proved to be highly successful. The website now ranks first on Google search, even against Perth’s largest builders. The quality of inquiries has significantly improved, with leads coming from clients specifically seeking "house behind house" designs. This focused approach not only generated more high-quality leads but also established the designer as one of Perth’s top specialists in this niche, greatly enhancing their reputation and business growth.
